Pertemps are looking for a dynamic Sales Support Coordinator to join our successful client based in Swadlincote and support the Sales team doing all the administration and providing customer support.
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our client's team on a full-time permanent basis.
As a Sales Coordinator, you will be responsible for:
1. Processing orders within agreed time frames and following company procedures.
2. Providing excellent customer service and adopting the "go the extra mile" policy to ensure customer satisfaction.
3. Monitoring deliveries and tracking them where necessary, advising customers accordingly.
4. Dealing effectively and efficiently with queries and correspondence in a polite and professional manner.
5. Being proactive in identifying potential sales opportunities on the company website.
6. Following up on leads and supporting the online business.
7. Completing all related paperwork accurately and in a timely manner.
8. Ensuring accuracy in all paperwork, including daily filing.
9. Maintaining records of customer discounts and monitoring monthly promotions.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for building good client relationships and be driven. Candidates living in Swadlincote, Burton Upon Trent, and Ashby are encouraged to apply.
In return, they will offer an excellent salary of £23,000 - £25,000 per annum depending on experience, and you will work within a supportive work environment.
You will work from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, Monday to Thursday, and 8:30 am to 4:30 pm on Friday.
