To support the Skills and Employment team to develop and maintain administrative systems (manual and computer-based) in relation to the activities of the skills and learning provision including; tutor and course support, learner tracking, liaison with awarding bodies, quality improvement, contracts with external providers, and Skills and Employment initiatives (internally and externally funded programmes). You will also provide administrative support for conferences and meetings.
We would love to hear from you if you are willing to learn, have a positive approach to team working, possess excellent communication skills, and have attention to detail. Although previous experience would be helpful, it is not essential.
