Security Lead, Management and Control Location, Ipswich United Kingdom The objective of Security is to keep AXA XL secure, safe and resilient. Within the wider Security department, the Management and Control function executes has an essential role in overseeing critical Governance and reporting processes, address the complex challenges of the regulatory landscape, and support the CSO in the day-to-day operations across the various Security pillars. This position is responsible for managing various activities associated with the identification and assessment of risks, recommendation of appropriate actions, and, coordination of overall security communication both internally and externally. This function manages all related processes to ensure accurate and timely reporting to executives and the Boards. What will your essential responsibilities include? D efine processes and oversee the continuous execution from a Governance perspective on how to manage regulatory reporting for EU-DORA and other regulations globally. Track and analyse the overall ongoing EU-DORA alignment level via specifically developed new dashboards and controls across the various delivery teams supporting the overall compliance. Supporting DORA related activities transversally within the Security functions, such as for Operational Resilience to develop/maintain 3 rd Party Exit Strategies & Plans, IT disaster recovery testing plans and execution governance, as well as incident reporting processes. Manage the data repositories, dashboards/reports and supports the execution of repeatable processes that contribute to the success of the overall program. Lead assignments and projects consisting of multiple contributors and senior stakeholders. Provide support on ITAR/EAR related programs by participating on projects that review and analyse data that cannot be viewed by non US citizens or permanent residences. Facilitate the Quarterly Security Committee Meetings, liaise with the meeting members and senior stakeholders. Develop visualizations for KPIs/KRIs and operations metrics to be used to inform leadership of our security posture. Gathering, updating and finalizing regular executive committee and board reports for the CSO and other leaders in Security. This includes streamlining data for reporting and communication and highlighting key achievements, risks and challenges across Security in easy-to-understand formats for senior executives. To provide support that may be required on strategy and metrics for Security Contribute to key projects such as Digital Operational Resilience Act (EU-DORA) (e.g., regulatory alignment, program enhancements, business support activities, etc.) that adds to the overall program’s success. Actively participate in development, implementation and administration of reporting, compliance, and data visualization methodologies and tools (SharePoint repositories and sites, PowerBI dashboards and automation). Actively participate and manage the compliance towards AXA’s Group Operational Resilience and local regulatory requirements (e.g., EU-DORA). Support and manage the organization and facilitation of leadership meetings within the Security functions, such as leadership offsites, strategy definition summits, virtual townhalls, etc.
