We are looking for a Customer Assistant who loves to chat and socialise with people, a good listener who remembers small details, and a people person who can provide exceptional service every single time our Customers visit the Club.
As a Customer Assistant, you will go above and beyond to provide exceptional service to our Customers, making sure they have an outstanding experience every time they visit the Club.

Your Responsibilities:
* Build rapport and relationships with Customers
* Be flexible on tasks across all areas of the Club, including front of house, book sales, treasury, machines, the bar area and kitchen
* Support with other duties as requested by the line manager
* Ensure a Safer Gambling Environment for all our Customers and Colleagues
We are looking for someone with:
* Experience in delivering first class customer service in a face-to-face role, preferably in a hospitality, retail or leisure environment
* Outstanding communication skills that can be adapted to different situations
* Experience of handling cash and basic numeracy knowledge
* Confidence to challenge the way things are done and ensure all Customers follow our company policies and standards
