We are seeking a passionate and driven Registered Service Manager to lead our Culbrae Service based in the hills outside Dunkeld in northern Perthshire. This is an exciting opportunity to take over the lead of a growing service recently rated Very Good by the Care Inspectorate and which in 2024 was awarded Autism Accreditation by the National Autistic Society. Reporting to the Depute Head of Care North, the successful candidate will demonstrate experience of residential child care, child centred support and have the ability to lead and support a skilled and diverse staff team. Moore House Group is a dynamic and growing organisation who offer residential support in Perth & Kinross to neurodiverse young people from all over the UK. Our approach is firmly based on building positive, nurturing relationships using the principles of Playfulness, Acceptance, Curiosity and Empathy (PACE) and Dyadic Developmental Practice (DDP). The postholder will work closely with Moore House Academy Dunkeld as we seek to build a supporting and engaging community for our children and young people in Perthshire.
