Job Title: HR Business Partner
Client: My Local Government Client
Duration: Initially for 6 months
Working Arrangement: Excellent hybrid working arrangements
The HR Business Partner will:
1. Join an established HR & OD function.
2. Support the project management of a large change project in the Communities Directorate.
3. Cover the full generalist remit with a focus on departmental structural changes.
4. Oversee change and planning with metrics and outcomes.
5. Support and guide managers.
6. Assist with aspects of employee relations.
Candidates must be able to demonstrate experience across this remit. If you are:
1. An experienced HR Business Partner or HR Manager,
2. Available at relatively short notice,
3. Have experience of working in large unionised environments,
