The Role: As a Higher-Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA), you will work closely with the class teacher to support teaching and learning across a range of subjects, focusing on providing tailored support for individual students and small groups. You will assist in planning and delivering lessons, helping to create an engaging classroom environment, and ensuring that all students make progress in line with their potential. This role offers a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about education and working closely with children to help them succeed.
