As the CRM Assistant, you will support the CRM team in the briefing and deployment of emails, test creation, customer targeting and segmentation, email QA process and campaign reporting.
Key Responsibilities
• Support on campaign creation, from concept through to deployment
• Work with Responsys ESP to set up, test and QA email campaigns
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to align on channel plans
• Support on the day-to-day management of the email plan for BAU campaigns
• Staying in the know on industry insights and trends, sharing these with the wider team to
support the optimisation of Liberty emails
• Create summaries and share insights from CRM campaigns with key stakeholders

• A keen interest in retail, email marketing or customer behaviour
• University degree with emphasis on customer behaviour or marketing (desirable)
