Job summary You will be expected to be an enthusiastic and passionate clinician joining the Primary Care Mental Health Team in Sheffield, delivering interventions to people living with severe mental illness and complex mental health needs. The successful candidate will be expected to manage a defined and varied caseload of community based clients with severe mental illness or complex mental health needs, using specialist OccupationalTherapy skills and evidence based /client centered principles to assess,plan, implement and evaluate interventions. As well as working directly with clients you will support stakeholder approaches to client care and interventions.
