AMPLYFI is seeking a Junior Customer Success Manager (CSM) – User Success to join our team. The junior CSM will be responsible for developing a positive user experience and fostering healthy working relationships. This role is crucial in ensuring that our customers receive maximum value from their engagement with AMPLYFI.
Key Responsibilities
* User training and onboarding: Use your knowledge of AMPLYFI’s product and your understanding of your customer to train users effectively, so they get the most out of our software.
* User Support: Act as a resource for customers throughout their engagement with us, providing ongoing support to build customer loyalty.
* Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and ensure their satisfaction.
* Voice of the user and customer: Translate customer and user needs into product feedback and ideas that help to keep our software delivering tangential impact for customers.

* User-Centric Empathy: A genuine ability to understand and connect with users, advocating for their needs and translating feedback into actionable insights.
* Effective Communication & Relationship Building: Exceptional communication skills to meet users’ needs and long-term goals, and gather and deliver information between internal and external teams.
* Collaborative Team Player: Work effectively with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, product) to enhance the user experience and achieve shared goals.
* Software Proficiency & Adaptability: No need for very technical understanding, but a good aptitude for quickly learning and effectively utilising software, coupled with the ability to adapt to evolving technologies and user needs.
* Bias to Action: Possesses a proactive and entrepreneurial mindset and a strong inclination to identify and address challenges with a sense of urgency, demonstrating a readiness to take initiative.
* Enthusiasm and Drive: A positive and energetic approach, demonstrating a passion for user success and a commitment to continuous improvement.
Qualifications: University educated or equivalent work experience.
Experience: Experience in a customer service, customer success or user support role, preferably within a similar industry.
Need to have: Right to work in the UK.
Nice to have: Dual British/US citizenship.
