Role: Semi Skilled Operative

As a Timber Factory Team Member, you’ll contribute to a sustainable future. We are looking for skilled and semi-skilled operatives, with full training provided.
Your new role
To assist in the manufacture of timber frame panels, floor cassettes, and roof cassettes to a consistently high standard.
Your role:
* Assist the team in carrying out works according to the appropriate construction industry building standards.
* Maintain good housekeeping within your work area.
* Report any job-related problems/issues to the Production Manager / Working Factory Foreman.
* Report any accidents/near misses immediately to the Production Manager / Working Factory Foreman.
* Co-operate with colleagues, Supervisors, and Management.
* Identify relevant training needs to the Production Manager.
* Ensure awareness of, and compliance with, Quality and Health & Safety policies and procedures.
* Carry out any other reasonable tasks assigned by your Direct Line Manager.
* Perform any other adhoc duties requested by the Production Manager.
