As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a Client Success Manager to join our Client Success team, working with diverse clients and managing high-value accounts. As a Client Success Manager, you’ll be at the heart of building and strengthening our client relationships, ensuring they realise their goals through our services. Your role will be key to our mission, as you identify and develop new opportunities, turn them into impactful projects, and manage a diverse portfolio that delivers value and drives success.
What’s the role about?
As a Client Success Manager, you will be the go-to person for managing long-term client relationships and ensuring that we exceed expectations at every step. You’ll be responsible for onboarding new clients, nurturing existing relationships, and driving the success of client projects.
You’ll collaborate closely with product owners, design teams, and project managers, ensuring seamless delivery of client projects that meet their goals and drive success. With a focus on growth, you’ll proactively identify upselling opportunities and take ownership of your portfolio’s success.
What you’ll be doing
* Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with clients, ensuring high satisfaction and successful outcomes.
* Sales Pipeline Development: Proactively identify and convert opportunities within existing accounts, working closely with the team to close deals.
* Onboarding & Escalation Management: Lead onboarding for new clients and act as the primary escalation point for issues, ensuring timely resolution and service delivery.
* Collaborate with Teams: Work with internal teams to identify opportunities, deliver client needs, and drive upselling initiatives.
* Strategic Planning: Conduct regular performance reviews, create growth strategies, and ensure long-term success for your clients.
* Account Growth: Build a strong network with existing clients to identify opportunities for further collaboration and growth.
* Reporting & Forecasting: Maintain accurate sales and revenue forecasts, and track account performance through HubSpot.

Your experience:
* 2-6 years in customer/client success, account management, or business development roles.
* Agency experience is essential, with a background in digital, app, or web development being a strong bonus.
* Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously with strong organisational skills.
* Experience writing, reviewing proposals, and navigating complex client needs.
Your skills:
* Strong communication skills with the ability to tailor your approach to different client types.
* A proactive and tenacious approach to driving results and identifying growth opportunities.
* Excellent attention to detail, ensuring quality deliverables across client interactions.
* Proven ability to nurture client relationships, ensuring long-term trust and satisfaction.
* A team player who thrives on working collaboratively towards shared goals, supporting colleagues, and contributing to collective success.
