The Role: The Student Support Services Department offers a complete in-house service to support students throughout their time at the University. The Department’s activities cover a wide range of support services disciplines, dealing with personal support, student advice, student wellbeing services, disability services, student finance, chaplaincy, ResLife and more. The Department also leads on student safeguarding and student experience projects for the University. The core purpose of this role is to ensure that students feel supported and receive an excellent level of support, enabling them to thrive and play an actively engaged part of our vibrant student community.
