Job IntroductionHCRG Care Group is looking for a dynamic and experienced General Manager to lead and oversee the operational management of our Community Services within our BSW (Bath, Swindon Wiltshire) business unit. This is a unique and exciting opportunity for an individual with a passion for delivering high-quality care, driving service improvements, and leading transformative change within the community healthcare sector.You will be based at Great Western Hospital, Swindon, reporting into the Deputy Divisional Director. The successful candidate will be pivotal in ensuring the operational efficiency of the division, working collaboratively with clinical and operational teams to meet national standards, regional performance targets, and local healthcare priorities.As a key leader, you will have the chance to shape the strategic direction of community services, develop innovative solutions, and play a central role in the delivery of patient-centred care.
