The successful HR Business Partner will involve collaborating with the Human Resources Director and our dedicated HR team to deliver people-centric initiatives that empower and drive our local business strategy.
The role will involve:
* Contributing to our business strategy, tracking progress against key people indicators, and delivering strategic people activities.
* Championing our health, safety, and environmental programs, and supporting wellbeing initiatives.
* Staying informed about the local talent market, participating in key appointments, and supporting talent development.
* Ensuring understanding and support for our people programs, and partnering with specialists to build capability and competence.
* Using data and engagement to diagnose organizational issues, executing employee/industrial relations strategy, and supporting improvement processes.
To be successful in this role of HR Business Partner, we would love to speak to anyone who has experience of:
* Proficiency in English and knowledge of French or Spanish.
* Comfort in working in a modern centralized operating model.
* Strong knowledge of HR principles and practices and experience managing labor relations in Europe.
* A proven track record of delivering results.
