As a SEND Teaching Assistant, your responsibilities will include: Providing 1:1 support for children with SEND needs, including Autism, ADHD, and challenging behaviour. Assisting the Class Teacher in delivering the National Curriculum across EYFS, KS1, and KS2. Supporting students' social, emotional, and academic development. Collaborating with staff to implement individual learning plans tailored to students' needs. Maintaining a safe and engaging learning environment for all pupils. Helping children to build confidence and achieve their full potential. Required Skills and Experience Level 2 or Level 3 qualifications in a relevant field. Experience supporting children with SEND in UK schools. Knowledge of the National Curriculum, including EYFS, KS1, and KS2. The ability to manage and support children with Autism, ADHD, and challenging behaviour. A proactive approach to working with Class Teachers and other professionals.
