Registered charity managing and delivering activities within a Community Centre alongside delivering out of school childcare across Sefton and surrounding areas.
Job Description
Due to the growth and development of Fun 4 Kidz, this is an exciting opportunity for someone with management experience in the childcare sector.
We are looking for an Operations Manager who will:
1. Be responsible for the day to day management of a network of out of school provisions across Sefton and in Liverpool City Centre.
2. Ensure high quality provision that meets all legal, OFSTED, health and safety, safeguarding and Early Years Foundation Stage Frameworks standards.
3. Support, supervision and development of all out of school staff and volunteers to ensure the organisation’s goals and objectives are met.
4. Assist in the development of new provision in line with the business plan.
5. Ensure that the local community, schools and children and families who use Fun4Kidz services are placed at the heart of everything that the charity does.
This role requires a strong leader with excellent organisational skills and the ability to foster a collaborative team environment.
Hours
35 hours per week to be worked flexibly to meet the needs of the provisions.
Qualifications
Level 3 Playwork or Childcare qualification essential.
Minimum of 5 years experience of working with children and young people in a supervisory or management role essential.
Salary
£30,000 per year.
