Governors wish to appoint an outstanding and experienced teacher to support the leadership, development and to further improve the Science department. Post 16 Sciences are developing from September 2025.
We are looking for a teacher with:
* proven leadership, organisation and skills in improving outcomes in KS3, KS4 or KS5
* have a genuine passion for the sciences
* proven skills regarding communication with staff, students and parents
* a clear understanding of how to raise standards & secure first-class teaching and progress that promotes high achievement and expectation
This demanding role is a very exciting opportunity where you can make a difference. Sustaining the improvements in attainment and progress in Sciences is a key issue in our whole school improvement. This role is a key area for improvement in our consolidation in the work that has taken us to good and building upon this.
