As Office Manager, your primary role will be to support the investment team and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. You’ll help maintain and enhance an efficient working environment, taking responsibility for various administrative and operational tasks. Here's a snapshot of your duties: Office Administration & Support:Handle administrative tasks like answering phones, coordinating calendars, and arranging travel logistics for the team. Facilities Management: Oversee office equipment (printers, copiers, AV systems) and ensure health and safety compliance. Vendor & Supply Management: Manage relationships with vendors, track office budgets, and report expenses to finance. Compliance & Confidentiality: Ensure adherence to industry regulations regarding data security and confidentiality. Event Planning & Coordination: Assist with both internal and client-facing events, including seminars, meetings, and social events. HR Support: Assist with onboarding new hires, HR documentation, and serve as the point of contact for office-related employee needs. About You… You thrive in a high-performance, results-driven environment and have a passion for leveraging technology to improve processes. You’re tech-savvy, especially with Microsoft Office apps (including SharePoint, PowerApps, and Task Manager), and are always curious about how technology (like AI) can enhance efficiency. You’ll either have experience as an Office Manager in financial services or another professional sector, or you might be a high-performing PA/EA ready to take the next step in your career. Detail-oriented, organised, and proactive, you approach problem-solving calmly and with integrity. Key Skills & Experience Proven experience as an Office Manager (preferably in financial or investment management) or as a PA/EA looking to expand their role. Strong organisational and multitasking skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, PowerApps, Teams, and Task Manager. Experience managing vendor relationships. Knowledge of health and safety regulations. Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
