Role Overview
As a Sales Consultant at the Thom Sweeney Townhouse, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience. You will embody the brand’s values, offering expert style advice and building lasting relationships with our clientele. Your deep knowledge of menswear, tailoring, and craftsmanship will ensure that every customer receives a personalised and seamless shopping experience. This role will be primarily focused on our Ready to Wear range.
Key Responsibilities
1. Client Experience: Provide an unparalleled level of customer service, ensuring every client feels valued and well-advised.
2. Sales Performance: Drive sales by understanding client needs, delivering expert advice, and offering suitable product recommendations across our Ready to Wear range.
3. Client Development: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, fostering loyalty and repeat business.
4. Product Knowledge: Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the Thom Sweeney collection, fabrics, fits, and craftsmanship, ensuring confidence when assisting clients.
5. Store Presentation: Ensure the Townhouse is presented to the highest standard, maintaining impeccable visual merchandising and stock management.
6. Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues to create a positive team environment and contribute to the overall success of the store.
7. Operational Excellence: Support day-to-day store operations, including transactions, stock control, and client appointments.
Skills & Experience
1. Previous experience in luxury retail or menswear sales, with a strong understanding of tailoring and craftsmanship.
2. A passion for menswear and an appreciation for the finer details of style and construction.
3. Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships.
4. Strong sales acumen, with a track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment while maintaining attention to detail.
7. A proactive and self-motivated approach, with a commitment to delivering excellence.
