Job Description
This is an important role within the team and you will manage our Audits, risks and controls, whilst providing insights to senior management in the UK&I business. Reporting into the Director, you will also support the rollout of Internal Controls over Financial Reporting ("ICFR") in the UK&I region.
This is your chance to partner with several stakeholders within finance but also across wider business stakeholders. You will hold a high profile role in which you will lead in designing and maintaining controls on core Finance activities. This will involve strategic influencing and working directly with senior stakeholders to find creative solutions whilst being part of a motivated team which wants to promote and influence at the highest levels of the company.
Qualifications
* A qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with post-qualified experience, showing progressive financial experience across different roles.
* Solid technical accounting skills with the ability to research and reach appropriate conclusions.
* Risk and controls experience preferable.
* Conduct continuous improvement activities.
* Provide compelling recommendations and influence senior leaders (both finance and non-finance).
* Experience managing projects end-to-end and has experience getting results, organising, and prioritising deadlines.
* High degree of integrity and ability to operate under time-pressure and changing situations.
