Office Administrator/Secretary - Cheadle - Permanent - up to £26K DOE We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our client based in Cheadle. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the office by providing essential clerical and administrative support. This role requires a proactive individual who can manage various tasks efficiently while maintaining a professional demeanour in all communications. Duties include: Perform general clerical duties, including filing, data entry, and maintaining office records. Manage phone calls and correspondence, ensuring effective phone etiquette is upheld at all times. Assist with bookkeeping tasks using Sage, including invoicing and tracking expenses. Maintain an organised office environment by managing supplies and equipment inventory. Copy typing, producing and amending documents and reports together for fee proposals Taking minutes of meetings Health and safety monitoring ensuring policies and procedures are adhered too Answering incoming calls, passing on messages and meeting clients Support the team with administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings and coordinating appointments. Ensure that all office procedures are followed in compliance with company policies. The successful candidate will have worked with in a similar role have a strong knowledge of ISO and be a confident communicator. You will ideally have used Sage previously and proficient on Microsoft Packages.
