Responsibilities:
* Provide technical support and troubleshooting for network infrastructure issues reported by German customers.
* Collaborate with customers to understand their network requirements and provide effective solutions.
* Deploy, configure, and maintain IP networks and solutions tailored to the needs of the maritime industry.
* Conduct regular maintenance and performance monitoring of network systems to ensure optimal functionality.
* Document network configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps for internal reference and customer support.
