As a coordinator, you will be responsible for providing efficient administrative support and ensuring the smooth operation of the department. This role requires strong scheduling, planning, and organizational skills, as well as the ability to manage deadlines and meet targets. Responsibilities: Monitor and track all task deadlines are met within set timeframes Manage and maintain schedules, calendars, and appointments for team members. Prepare and distribute documents and reports. Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence in a professional and timely manner. Maintain and update databases. Perform general administrative tasks such as data entry, record keeping.
