About the role: We are currently looking for highly talented and experienced HR Functional expert professionals ready for a next step, to join our world-class Strategy Consulting team. This team helps Gartner clients with their applications modernization strategies and the role will focus on tools such as Workday and SAP SuccessFactors. The work is highly transformative, often sponsored at C-level, and very varied. We seek candidates with the ability to advise global organisations to help meet their strategic priorities and develop their HR applications strategy. At this level, we also expect candidates to be able to build compelling advisory proposals and to take a leading role in scoping and building engagement teams. What you’ll need: Management Consulting experience within a HR IT domain. Proven experience in leading and scoping projects/programmes including Workday, Oracle and SAP SuccessFactors applications. Experience in program execution, program management and quality assurance of IT system and process transformations. Experience with HR application vendors (Suite and Best of Breed) and market trends in digital innovation for HR. A great understanding of leading HR core suites such as Workday, Oracle and SAP SuccessFactors applications and how they are deployed by large organisations. An architectural experience ideally solution and integration architecture within HR transformation programmes. A deep understanding of what clients need to realize the value of their HR digital transformation. Experience working with clients in industries such as retail, consumer goods, life sciences, utilities and public sector. Experience in leading the delivery of complex, multifaceted projects at C-level. University Master’s degree in relevant field, MBA qualification desirable.
