Good communication skills are important for this role, as is the knowledge to use IT based software for recording and updating care plans. Therefore, a driving licence and vehicle is required for this vacancy. Benefits & Our Offer to You: Competitive Rates of Pay & Hours: £12.36 per hour for Support Worker (days). £12.36 per hour for Support Worker (nights). Shift commencing after 6:00pm, with £1.29 per hour enhancement paid between 10:00pm and 7:00am. Public Holidays: Plusage 50% in addition to hourly rate and TOIL. Mileage allowance: 45p per mile (if required to travel to another service). Shifts: We are looking for support workers who are interested in working for Corserv Care as flexible zero-hour contracts employees, offering you work life balance, and full training with a superb care provider. Our day shifts start from 7:00am onwards, with split shifts available if required and waking night shifts from 9:00pm until 7:00am in the morning. We are extremely flexible and open to discussing your availability to work. Holiday: Will be accumulated upon hours worked as per current employment legislation in relation to bank/zero hours contracts. Training: Accredited comprehensive lead to succeed training.
