Accounts Assistant Up to £26,000 Castle Donnington We are recruiting for an Accounts Assistant for a well established business in Castle Donnington. This role is reporting directly into the Finance Manager and has responsibility for supporting the Finance team with collating and processing of information and accounting documents. Key responsibilities: • Processing purchase invoices • PO Processing • Processing of bank transactions on the banking system and in the Finance System • Processing financial transactions (invoices and journals) in the Finance system. • To ensure all invoices are allocated correctly and have the appropriate authorisation • Weekly Supplier Payment Run • Processing Sales Invoices • Credit Control • Confident in dealing with Customer & Supplier Queries is essential • Assisting with Month End Tasks Essential experience: Experience of working within an administration environment Able to use Microsoft packages including Excel, Word, Outlook Acute attention to detail A confident and assertive telephone manner. The job holder will also use Sage, so experience in this will be advantageous.
