Can you manage a Sales Development on one of our Sites? We are looking to recruit a site-based Sales Advisor to join our Sales team based in our South Midlands Region (to be located in Houghton Conquest) reporting to the Sales Manager.
Your role is primarily to manage the day-to-day sales function on a development and be the first point of Miller Homes contact for potential and actual customers. You will have responsibility for securing the sale of homes and managing the customer journey in accordance with company standards, procedures, and targets.
You will be self-motivated, target driven, and organized with good IT proficiency. We are looking for candidates who have a passion for delivering first-class customer service and who will be rewarded with the potential for excellent earning opportunities and the chance to further your career with a leading national house-building firm. New Homes sales experience is essential.
