Due to an increase in hours, we are looking for Support Workers to join our team supporting 2 female service users in the Elburn /Livingston area. About the Role: As the successful Support Worker you will be working with ladies to enable them to join in with activities in the local area, community activities and day centres. You will support with daily activities, with elements of personal care and support in household tasks and maintenance of house. Provision of preparing and serving nutritious meals. Support with professional appointments and anything else our service user requires. We are looking to cover the below shifts: Mondays and Thursdays 08-00-22-00 to support a young lady in her home and out in the community to access activities of her choice. Tuesdays and Fridays 08-10am supporting another young lady to get ready for her day centre and then 16.00-19.00 on her return home to assist with meal preparation. Total hours 35 hours over Monday /Tuesday /Thursday /Friday with potential weekend cover when required for annual leave etc. This could be full time hours for 1 person or split between 2 candidates.
