About the Role
As the Customer Relations Manager, you will play a key role in driving occupancy for this new home, ensuring a smooth transition for residents and their families. You’ll be responsible for generating enquiries, building strong relationships within the local community, and providing an exceptional customer experience from the first enquiry to move-in.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and maintain relationships with local hospitals, GPs, and community organisations to drive referrals.
2. Manage enquiry pipelines and proactively follow up with prospective residents and families.
3. Lead marketing and engagement activities, including networking events, open days, and community partnerships.
4. Guide families through the decision-making process, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.
5. Achieve and exceed occupancy targets, with a performance-based bonus per move-in.
