Are you an experienced Bid Coordinator or Bid Writer?
We have a fantastic opportunity for someone who loves all things bids & proposals to join our friendly and established Bid team with big ambitions, on a 12-month fixed-term contract to manage and support our pipeline of exciting tender opportunities.
What’s the role like?
Working in a supportive team, you’ll be responsible for managing the completion of competitive tenders, proposals, quotations and presentations. Stakeholder management: Each day is different! You’ll get the chance to work on multiple projects with varying teams to gather information and write compelling content. You’ll quickly learn the ‘ins’ and ‘outs’ of our business and you’ll be responsible for getting the best out of those you work with, managing their input and communicating timelines to build the best bid within the time given.
Process management: Supporting shared team inbox management, you’ll help triage support requests, qualify tenders and allocate tasks to peers within the team. You’ll support team processes, keeping our content up-to-date and helping drive continuous improvement measures.
Project management: Managing proposals and internal projects to set deadlines, ensuring internal quality checks are completed and client requirements are met.
Driving improvements: Join a team known as a ‘knowledge hub’ of how our business works and what ‘good’ looks like. You’ll have plenty of opportunities to use your understanding of business processes, sales best practice, client drivers, commercials & compliance to contribute to business improvement projects.

Strong organisational and project management skills – you're great at juggling tasks, prioritising effectively, and meeting tight deadlines without compromising on quality or compliance.
Excellent attention to detail – you spot the small things that make a big difference.
A natural communicator and collaborator – you build strong relationships, influence stakeholders, and work well with cross-functional teams.
