If you're passionate about education and have a knack for fostering positive relationships with students, we would love to hear from you CONTRACT DETAILS: Job Title - Cover Supervisor Start date - ASAP Contract type - Temporary Full time and part time available Rate of pay - £80 - £120 per day (PAYE and Umbrella available) Hours - 8:15 am - 15:30 pm Responsibilities Supervise and manage classroom activities in the absence of the regular teacher. Ensure that students follow the school’s code of conduct and behavior policies. Deliver pre-prepared lesson plans and facilitate student engagement in activities. Provide support to students in understanding assignments and tasks set by absent teachers. Manage classroom behavior to ensure a safe and conducive learning environment. Assist in the preparation of classrooms and learning resources before lessons. Liaise with teaching staff regarding student progress and any issues that arise. Requirements A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent; a degree in education or related field is preferred. Previous experience working with children or in an educational setting is advantageous. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with students and staff. Ability to manage classroom behavior and maintain discipline among students. Organizational skills to handle administrative tasks and lesson plans efficiently.
