CONTRACT DETAILS:
* Job Title - Cover Supervisor
* Start date - ASAP
* Contract type - Temporary
* Full time and part time available
* Rate of pay - £80 - £120 per day (PAYE and Umbrella available)
* Hours - 8:15 am - 15:30 pm
Responsibilities
* Supervise and manage classroom activities in the absence of the regular teacher.
* Ensure that students follow the school’s code of conduct and behavior policies.
* Deliver pre-prepared lesson plans and facilitate student engagement in activities.
* Provide support to students in understanding assignments and tasks set by absent teachers.
* Manage classroom behavior to ensure a safe and conducive learning environment.
* Assist in the preparation of classrooms and learning resources before lessons.
* Liaise with teaching staff regarding student progress and any issues that arise.
Requirements
* A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent; a degree in education or related field is preferred.
* Previous experience working with children or in an educational setting is advantageous.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with students and staff.
* Ability to manage classroom behavior and maintain discipline among students.
* Organizational skills to handle administrative tasks and lesson plans efficiently.
