Wellbeing & Inclusion Manager
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Wellbeing & Inclusion Manager to join our new unified People and Organisational Development team at HRUC (Harrow, Richmond and Uxbridge Colleges). As a key member of the team, you will play a vital role in promoting a culture of wellbeing and inclusion across our 5 vibrant campuses.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering wellbeing and inclusion initiatives, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to promote mental health, wellbeing, and inclusion among students and staff, and for building partnerships with external organisations to enhance our provision.
We offer a competitive salary of £40,000 - £50,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including annual leave, pension scheme, and professional development opportunities.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* A degree in a relevant field, such as psychology, sociology, or education
* Significant experience of working in a wellbeing or inclusion role, preferably in a educational setting
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders
* A strong understanding of current policies and legislation related to wellbeing and inclusion
