Go2 is a day care service designed to support young people with disabilities in engaging with community activities. The service provides one-to-one support tailored to individual needs, whether it's pursuing hobbies during evenings and weekends or developing specific skills like cooking or travelling. Located in a dedicated space, Go2 ensures accessibility with facilities such as tracking and hoists, a hydrotherapy spa pool, sensory room, and a large garden. The service is staffed by well-trained professionals holding or working towards HNC and SVQ qualifications, with additional training in PEG feeding, Epilepsy, Autism, and Safeguarding. Each individual is assigned a Key Worker who collaborates with them and their family to create and regularly review a Personal Plan aimed at achieving personalised outcomes. Operating hours are from 9 am to 5 pm, Monday to Friday, and the service also offers short breaks for children and young people with disabilities. For more information or to arrange a visit, Go2 can be contacted via phone or email. At CrossReach's Go2 service, we provide essential support for children and young people with learning disabilities and complex needs. For nearly 30 years, we have offered a nurturing, home-like environment, focusing on addressing each individual’s unique needs. Our dedicated team is at the core of our service, working collaboratively to ensure every child receives exceptional care and the opportunity to reach their full potential. We are committed to supporting you with the training and guidance needed to make a meaningful impact.
