AI & Automation AssistantReporting to: Other Location: London The Role Have you just completed a degree in Mathematics, Data or Computer Science (AI/ML)? Are you interested in TV & Film? Do you want to use your knowledge of AI/ML within several different departments, looking for ways to integrate AI or automation? Are you curious about technology? If your answer is yes to these questions, then this role is for you. We are looking for graduates of AI/ML courses to join Fremantle and help drive change within our international production company. You will get to know how the business operates and work closely with a range of different internal stakeholders. These are exciting new roles within Fremantle, as we look to increase our expertise in the areas of AI/ML and automation. Key ResponsibilitiesWorking alongside different departments to identify where processes can be automated, and AI can be integratedDrafting proposals for different AI solutions based on initial assessment of department. Providing detail around projected impact, timelines on implementation, scalability and potential cost implicationsTesting AI tools and solutions to determine which will have the greatest impact and integration into the companyCreating detailed documentation for AI models, algorithms, and processes to ensure transparency and reproducibilityLeverage Generative AI tools and GPTs to educate and empower business units on their effective use Identify repetitive tasks, gather feedback from the business on ways to create efficiencies through automationsBuilding automations through MS Power Automate and providing ongoing support and improvements to the businessGenerating reports on the performance and impact of AI and automation initiatives to stakeholdersStaying updated with the latest advancements in AI and automation technologies and applying them to current projects Essential Skills and ExperienceQualification in a field related to data analysis, statistics, mathematics or computer science The ability to manage multiple projects and work independently to provide analytical solutions to business problems, with tight deadlines in a busy department.Proficiency with a programming language such as Python, R or SQL, as well as Gen AI tools and GPTsExperience using MS Power AutomateStrong analytical, thinking, and problem-solving skills.Experience of dashboarding tools such Power BI or TableauStrong communication and stakeholder management skills Good technical understanding of data structures.Experience using Microsoft Office 365Technologically curiousA keen interest in TV & filmA positive and pro-active individual with a can-do attitude Our benefits include: generous company pension, summer Fridays, audience tickets, employee assistance programme, access to free courses and training, local discounts, cycle to work scheme, season ticket loan, and volunteer days.
