Working week 08:00 - 16:00 - Term time only 30 min break 35 hours per week total Wage £26,363 a year This salary is a pro rata salary over 38-40 weeks. Qualification Business Administration level 3 Duration: 18 Months Training Provider: LMP Education Duties and Responsibilities Organisation: Deal with reception/visitor matters Liaising with Office Manager relating to work to be undertaken by the school office Assist in the organisation of school trips/events etc. Administration: Maintain manual and computerised record/information systems. Evaluate data/information and produce reports/information/data as required. Complete daily school attendance procedures and long-term monitoring, assist EWO with meetings and follow up as appropriate Undertake typing and word-processing and IT based tasks. Provide administrative and organisational support to other staff. Order, monitor and manage stock using established school systems. Support the sale of school uniform, monitor stock and place orders Assist with procurement Assist with marketing and promotion of the school. Responsibilities : Comply with all policies and procedures relating to child protection, health, safety and security, confidentiality and data protection, reporting all concerns to an appropriate person. Be aware of and support difference and ensure equal opportunities for all. Participate in training and other learning activities and performance development as required. General statements: Required to carry out all reasonable duties and responsibilities of the post in accordance with the MAT policies and procedures.
