An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Finance Manager to lead and manage a site finance team at a growing business in Milton Keynes. This role is ideal for an experienced Finance Manager looking to oversee financial performance while driving key projects and initiatives to meet the needs of a rapidly expanding operation. Working Hours Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 17:00 on site. Key Responsibilities Be a vital part of the site leadership team, supporting growth and business development. Drive commercial and operational initiatives. Lead sustainable margin improvement and cost reduction projects. Review capital proposals to ensure financial soundness. Ensure accurate forecasting of capital project spend and benefits, escalating any delays or changes as necessary. Provide daily and weekly KPI reporting. Manage monthly site management accounts, reporting on variances to weekly, budget, and prior year. Promote cost awareness culture and control overheads across all functions. Approve monthly balance sheet reconciliations. Regularly forecast and budget for site performance. Monitor internal controls to mitigate business risks. Lead the onsite finance team, fostering a high-performance and continuous improvement culture. Is this you? Finance qualification (CIMA, ACCA, ICAEW, or equivalent). Advanced Excel skills. Proven leadership and communication abilities, comfortable engaging with stakeholders at all levels. Demonstrated experience in driving business performance through accurate financial information and challenging results. Experience with ERP systems. FMCG/food manufacturing experience is advantageous.
