Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Trainee Financial Administrator to support our advisory team.
The ideal candidate will have an interest in financial planning, exceptional organisational skills, and the ability to communicate effectively.
Key Responsibilities for which training will be given
1. Client Support: Assist financial advisers in preparing for client meetings, including the production of reports, financial plans, and recommendations.
2. Administration: Handle day-to-day administrative tasks such as managing client files and updating client records.
3. Sitting on client appointments with an adviser and taking key notes.
4. Communication: Liaise with clients to gather necessary information, answer queries, and provide updates on their financial plans.
