All activities relating to enhancing services technology integrating customer data, or capturing engines/products reliability, availability, maintenance, safety and other performance parameters. This position leads the development of repair and inspection technologies. Leads cross functional teams including design, materials, and PSE (Product Support Engineering) to develop repair procedures. The role has some autonomy but is focused on execution of activities within an operating discipline covered by standard functional practices and procedures. Some judgment may be required but this is typically with guidance. This role will be working within the composites or airfoils repair commodities.,
* Development of repair and inspection technologies, process qualification, industrialization. Related program deliverables to repair facilities for new and updated processes.
* Developing in-depth knowledge of a technical discipline. Uses prior experience and acquired technical expertise to execute policy/strategy.

Bachelor's degree in engineering from an accredited university or college
* Minimum of 3 years of experience in services/installed base engineering, Strong oral and written communication skills.
* Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems.
* Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs.
* Established project management skills.
