* Sourcing and negotiating retail sites for occupiers nationwide.
* Delivering strategic value-add advice to landlords on their out-of-town retail assets.
* Representing developers, investors, and retail & leisure operators on a range of property matters.
What We’re Looking For:
* Preferably MRICS qualified (though not essential).
* Experience in out-of-town retail – an existing contact book is a plus.
* Strong client-facing, negotiation, and communication skills.
* A solid understanding of current landlord and tenant legislation.
