PHOENIX Healthcare Distribution is a national full-line pharmaceutical wholesaler with a network of distribution centres nationwide. We operate twice daily deliveries from our distribution centres across Monday to Friday and on a Saturday morning, and our local teams are supported by a centralised function team, primarily from our Head Office in Runcorn. About the opportunity:
We are currently looking for a Warehouse Team Leader within our Birmingham Distribution Centre. You will act as a link between the supervisors and warehouse staff providing immediate hands-on leadership and supervision ensuring maximum effort and attention to detail in a safe and tidy environment. Your main responsibilities will include coordinating, prioritising, and delegating warehouse activities in order to ensure that depot service level requirements are met at all times, effective management and control of productivity within the warehouse team, ensuring the achievement of contractual and internal KPI’s, and controlling all aspects of staff operations within the depot to ensure all duties are carried out as required and encouraging high standards of work from each employee.
