We are looking for an experienced People Business Partner to join our team and play a key role in shaping our people strategy at
Torus. Reporting to the Group Head of People, this role will lead a team consisting of two People Advisors and a People
Coordinator, ensuring the successful delivery of HR initiatives. The People Business Partner will also oversee our HMS entity,
driving people-focused strategies and fostering a seamless integration of HR practices across the organisation. This is a

Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage a high-performing People Services delivery team, ensuring excellence in HR operations.
* Partner with leaders to design and implement strategic workforce plans, focusing on talent attraction, development, and
succession planning.
* Drive cultural change and transformation initiatives that support business objectives and enhance employee experience.
* Act as a trusted advisor, supporting leaders with effective people performance management, coaching, and wellbeing strategies.
* Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and best practices while maintaining high standards of data integrity and system
utilisation.
* Build strong relationships with trade unions and key stakeholders, promoting positive and productive employee relations.
* Champion the use of People Systems to empower managers and drive efficiency across the organisation.
What We’re Looking For:
* Proven experience in a similar business partnering role, ideally within a dynamic and evolving organisation.
* Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment law, and change management principles.
* CIPD Level 7 qualification
* Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills, with the ability to engage and support senior leaders.
* Passion for talent development, performance management, and driving a high-performance culture.
* Experience managing teams and delivering operational excellence in HR services.
Interview Process:
* Candidates will undergo in-person interviews, consisting of a competency-based interview. Interviews will take place on 4th and
5th of March at our Stonebridge office.
