You will be based in the office full-time, working 9am-5.30pm Monday-Friday.
Duties include:
1. Supporting third parties with queries via email, incoming post, and telephone calls.
2. Administration support to a small team, checking documentation and ensuring all administration is up to date.
3. Obtaining additional information to ensure files are complete.
4. Reviewing and checking a range of documents, using a variety of computer packages.
5. Speaking with customers over the telephone to verify security information.
We are looking for candidates who enjoy a combination of administration tasks and who have excellent customer service skills. You will be proactive, professional, and motivated, as well as having the drive to succeed. You will also need a keen eye for detail, strong numerical skills, and the ability to prioritise your workload.
