Randstad Education is partnering with an alternative provision centre in Crawley, providing full-time places for children and young people who have been permanently excluded, those at risk of exclusion, and those out of school for medical reasons. We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Teaching Assistants to join our team on a long-term basis.
You will provide individual and small group support, helping students to engage with their education, develop their social and emotional skills, and build confidence.
~ You will be involved in a range of activities, including preparing learning materials, supporting students with their work, and providing individualised support.
Experience working with young people who have experienced difficulties in mainstream education. A strong understanding of child development and learning needs, particularly those with social, emotional, and behavioural difficulties. Opportunities for professional development and training.
