* Managing emails
* Communicating with hauliers, planners, customer service and operation to ensure timely collections
* Supporting customer queries
* Working closely with the warehouse team to ensure orders are picked, packed and shipped on time and in full
* Working in a small team
The Right Candidate
* Prior experience in a similar role
* Good attention to detail
* Good people and communication skills, able to communicate effectively at all levels
* Confident using a computer and digital systems
