ROLE DESCRIPTION
1. Oversee the day-to-day operations of the space, including opening and closing procedures, monitoring health and safety policies, and managing operational and booking systems.
2. Manage the execution of the weekly program, including logistics, room bookings, and equipment setup.
3. Serve as the main point of contact for both internal and external facilitators, providing ongoing support to ensure smooth execution of sessions and events.
4. Ensure that all facilities and equipment are well-maintained, addressing maintenance issues promptly and upholding high standards of cleanliness and hygiene across the space.
