A leading Berkshire business (medium size, but global brand and instantly recognisable), is looking for a Marketing Campaigns Manager to join its marketing team. Reporting to a Lead Campaigns manager, this role will manage a small team (1-2 people at any one time) and take responsibility for a range of marketing campaigns that will support the business. Those campaigns have a clear purpose to drive sales across a variety of markets (B2B and B2C). The role will also manage and maintain excellent relationships with third party agencies and other parties. Internally, the role will need to work effectively with teams in sales, events, communications, operations and of course, with the wider marketing (content, production etc) and PR team. It might be worth noting that the business has a separate team managing digital campaigns, this role will be involved in everything non-digital. The business offers a supportive and vibrant workplace which loves to develop its people. This role has been created thanks to the previous incumbent being promoted. They would be delighted to find an ambitious individual who wants to also develop. The role represents an ideal opportunity for someone to enjoy working in a role that can develop managerial skills further. It could be suited to a marketing executive or senior marketing executive who has started to train and manage people, and wants to do that some more. To apply to the role you should be a marketing professional with compelling experience of managing campaigns that deliver sales. Ideally this experience will be looking after campaigns that have an experiential and prestigious element to them. You should have the desire to manage people and you should have some experience of managing and supervising staff. Whilst this role does offer hybrid working, the office and team environment is important to the business. Fully remote working will not be supported, and they like to talk to people who want to be in and around their colleagues to maximise creativity and enjoy each other’s company
