Description

As the first point of contact for our customers, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation and success of our dealership. This is a permanent role - 7.45am - 5.15pm Monday to Friday.
Key Responsibilities:
* Providing excellent customer service, including answering phones and welcoming customers and visitors.
* Managing various administrative and financing tasks.
* Supporting both the service and sales teams with day-to-day operations.
* Assisting with health and safety matters in collaboration with our head office.
What We're Looking For:
* A positive, can-do attitude with a willingness to learn.
* Ability to juggle multiple tasks and demands with a smile.
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
* Ability to work both individually and collaboratively in a team.
Requirements
* Full NZ drivers' licence.
* NZ Residency.
* Full command of the English language.
