Job Title: Data Entry Clerk

Job Summary: We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to accurately and efficiently input, update, and maintain data in our systems. The ideal candidate will have strong typing skills, keen attention to detail, and the ability to manage large volumes of data with accuracy and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
1. Enter, update, and verify data in company databases and systems.
2. Maintain accurate and organized records of all data entry activities.
3. Review data for errors or discrepancies and correct them as needed.
4. Perform routine audits to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
5. Retrieve data from databases as required.
6. Assist with administrative tasks such as document filing and data organization.
7. Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth workflow.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
1. High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in data entry or office administration are a plus.
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and data management software.
3. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
4. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
5. Excellent time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
