An award-winning renewable technology company and energy consultancy are seeking a Construction Project Manager to join their team. This is a hybrid position to work from their home with some travel across the UK as and when required.
Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 p.a. + Excellent Benefits including Car Allowance, Pension and Private Health Care
Location: Remote with UK Travel
The Role
Reporting to the Construction Director and working closely with the other areas of the business your role will involve:
1. Promoting, performing and enforcing Health and Safety culture.
2. Managing all assigned site-based activities.
3. Motivating team members and maintaining positive work environments.
4. Ensuring multiple projects are delivered within budget and on time.
5. Ensuring the predicted energy saving measures are delivered on time and to the required standards.
6. Maintaining excellent relationships with company clients and suppliers.
7. Problem solving site and operational challenges to remain in project.
The Person
Essential
1. A real desire to build relationships.
2. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
3. Experience / interest in energy saving technologies.
4. Experience in Health and Safety (including legislation).
5. Full driver's license and willing to travel (UK Only).
6. Methodical and well organized.
7. Able to self-motivate and confident in working remotely.
8. Excellent communication skills to all business levels.
9. Confident with numerical data.
10. Good working knowledge of MS Office Suite, especially Word and Excel, MSP.
Desirable
1. Qualification in Health and Safety.
2. Construction Site Experience.
3. CSCS.
4. Passport to Safety.
5. SSSTS.
